MEP Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate to Senior)
Tier 1 Main Contractor
Data Centres – West London
My client, a highly successful and global contractor, is looking for four MEP Quantity Surveyors (Intermediate to Senior level) to join their dynamic team, working on prestigious data centre projects in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of the construction industry on technically challenging and high-value projects.
The Role
As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will:
• Oversee the commercial management of complex MEP packages on high-profile data centre projects.
• Prepare and negotiate claims, ensuring optimal outcomes for the project and stakeholders.
• Manage valuations, cost forecasting, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations (NEC or JCT) and drive commercial performance.
• Collaborate with project teams, providing expert commercial advice and value engineering input.
• Produce regular reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience with NEC or JCT contracts.
• Proven track record managing MEP subcontractors and handling claims effectively.
• Ideally a background in data centres, mission-critical projects, healthcare, or similar large-scale developments.
