Job description
Mechanical Project Manager
Construction / Principal Contractor (Data Centres)
Gloucestershire
My client is a multi-discipline, innovative Principal Contractor within the Construction industry, specialising in critical systems and Data Centre projects. Due to securing a new contract in Gloucestershire, a Mechanical Project Manager is required to lead the electrical instal and site-team and the scheme from pre-construction to handover – a 52 week programme.
This company prides itself on how it treats its employees and subcontractors, and its harmonious approach to project delivery, in what can be an aggressive sector. The company has a hands-on approach in professional development and progression planning, constantly supporting its employees with internal and external training, as well as courses and qualifications.
Training and development of employees is at the forefront of this company’s thinking – one of the reasons the average length of service of its staff is six years – comfortably above the average of the construction sector.
