Position: Logistics Manager
Rate: £400 (Indicative Outside IR35)
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 6 months+
Start date: ASAP
Working Arrangements: Office Based - 5 days a week
People Group are looking to recruit a Logistics Manager from a Client or Main Contractor side background to work on HS2 for the Main joint Venture.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management and the development and optimisation of site logistics. You will manage the movement of people, goods and equipment and control site facilities management.
Due to the size of the project, there will be lots of people to coordinate with and keep happy!

Essential:
- You will have extensive experience gained working with a Tier One Contractor on a significant project, in the Rail sector and on a project with a construction value in excess of 500M
- Able to run multiple sites
- Strong stakeholder management
