As mentioned earlier, this is a new position within the company, allowing you to bring your own strategy and approach to the role, introduce and implement suitable systems and processes, and build these from the ground up.
You will primarily work from home, although there will be an expectation to spend time in one of two main offices on a weekly basis (one in the South East and one in the Midlands).
A true specialist with already secured future revenue, the company is in the enviable position of being selective with its tenders. They have a proven track record of engaging clients early, supporting ECI processes, winning projects through alternative technical proposals, and negotiating contracts.
Their client list spans numerous public and private sector end clients, some of whom they have worked with for several decades, as well as several household-name Tier One Main Contractors.
