We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Manager to join the team on an exciting new build commercial development in Central London. This role will involve closing out the facade packages on-site, with a focus on a unitised system and stick curtain walling.
As a Facade Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support in closing out the facade design.
• Managing and chasing material and subcontractor orders.
• Overseeing the completion of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Ensuring the smooth running of final site installation works.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience working with specialist facade subcontractors.
• Strong technical knowledge of unitised systems and stick curtain walling.
• Proven experience managing facade closure activities.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a leading Main Contractor.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
• Valid First Aid certification.

Contract Details:

• Freelance position, starting January 2025, running through to May 2025.
• Negotiable day rate based on experience.
