People Group are looking to recruit a Engineering Manager from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.

People Group are looking to recruit a Engineering Manager from a Client Side background to work for a Train Operating Company.
- Receive operational supervision and technical guidance from key leaders within the business
- Plan, develop, coordinate and review engineering and design work
- Management of all associated design registers, meeting minutes, drawing registers
- Ensure design risk assessment is compliant with installation parameters.
- Leads within the weekly programme co-ordination / look ahead meeting with detailed understanding of dependencies, problems posed and available resolutions.
- Management and sequencing of supply chain and internal resource in line with programme requirements.
Essentials and Desirables:
- Experience working client side within the rail sector (preferably on Depots)
- NEC3 / NEC4 working knowledge
- preferably a Chartered Engineer, and have a relevant engineering degree (BSc/BEng or equivalent) with minimum 5 years general relevant experience.
- Health and Safety Qualification – IOSH minimum
