Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
• Maintaining and repairing all building services equipment, which may include PPM, Reactive maintenance.
• To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements.
• Service and maintain plant and equipment associated with building services systems.
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building services plant and equipment.
• Fault finding on building services equipment.
• Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
• Carry out basic maintenance on electrical distribution systems, lighting, hot and cold water systems, and plumbing services.
• Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts manager/client as required.

Essential Experience
 

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar building environment
• Broad technical knowledge and understanding of FM and building systems
• Relevant qualification in Electrical field
