£40,000 - £50,000 per annum
A multi-discipline practice in the Heart of London is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team. You will benefit from working across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
This is an ideal opportunity for a building surveyor who is looking to further their experience and development. You will be given firsthand exposure and support by a Senior Surveyor who is also your APC councilor.
Work is varied and located in Central London, you will provide advice on projects from £100k to £2million. Dilapidations, party wall matters and refurbishment programmes are typical schemes you will be involved in.
The company offers a friendly and collaborative working environment, you the successful building surveyor will benefit from an approachable support system. Your APC programme is high on the agenda, structured mentorship and designated revision time encourages MRICS achievement.

Lets talk about you
- BSc in Building Surveying
- Ideally started APC or working towards this
- Minimum 18 months in a similar position
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Full UK driver’s licence
