People Group are excited to be recruiting for an Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading multi-discipline Principal Contractor, known for delivering innovative solutions in critical systems and Data Centre projects.
This company is expanding its team due to securing a new contract in West Essex, just 10 minutes outside the M25, and we're looking for a driven Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyor to support this exciting project! You will be reporting to two Senior MEP Quantity Surveyors, who will provide excellent training and clear progression opportunities to help develop your career.

- Assist in cost management, contracts, and financial reporting for MEP packages
- Support subcontractor relationships and assist in contract negotiations
- Contribute to risk assessments, value engineering, and change management
- Work closely with project teams to ensure budget and timeline compliance
- Provide financial controls and assist in accurate forecasting
- Gain hands-on experience in project delivery, focusing on quality and cost efficiency
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable based on experience)
