Job description
A privately owned Principal Civil Contractor with a near 100-year trading history is recruiting a Black Hat Site Supervisor in Surrey.
With a group revenue of over 400M and over 450 direct employees, their primary activity in the UK is the delivery of civils projects in the Rail, Industrial, Aviation and Energy sectors.
The UK division has enjoyed quick, sustainable growth over the last 2 years and contributes around 70M of very profitable revenue per annum. They are currently working with a high-profile client in the Surrey area and have a strong pipeline of civils projects valued between 500K to 50M for the next few years.
They will offer you a supportive work environment with plenty of opportunity for growth and progression. As people are their primary asset, the company invests heavily in development. The Senior Management team are very supportive and approachable. They operate with mutual trust and respect. They are offering between 50,000 - 60,000 with an attractive benefits package including a fully expensed commercial vehicle or car allowance, holiday entitlement, and an enhanced pension contribution.

- Hold a Black CSCS card
- Have an SMSTS
- Have extensive experience in managing the delivery of civil engineering scope.
