Here is a chance to join an organically growing Marine biased Civil Contractor as a Site Agent. You'll be joining this business at a really exciting time as they position themselves for future growth, which will provide you with a clear career path to Project Manager.
Initially working on a £30M project as part of Sizewell C, you will oversee the construction of four cofferdams, the instillation of ~1000m of sheet piling and drainage diversion works. This is a highly complex, innovative and challenging in-land marine project that will ultimately protect a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
The project will be administered under an NEC option C contract, and it is a design and build project. They are mobilising to site imminently. You will oversee a delivery team of nine, whilst coordinating with your colleagues in commercial, logistics, HSE and planning.
This is a negotiated project, and the business is already being asked to price additional works. This is a long-term opportunity for you to work in a fixed location for the next 4 – 5 years whilst delivering very niche and challenging projects.
To be successful in this position, it is thought that you will:
On offer is a salary of between 60,000 – 70,000 per annum (although this is subject to sensible negotiation) and comes with a ~£8,000 car allowance, paid travel, matched contribution pension, accommodation and subsistence, profit share bonus and 25 days holiday

To be successful in this position, it is thought that you will:
- Be educated to HND or Degree (or equivalent) level in Civil Engineering
- Ideally hold demonstrable experience in delivering marine / river / flood defence / wet civil engineering projects, with values of more than £10M
- Be familiar in working under the NEC form of contract
