We are working on behalf of a well-established, privately-owned Building Services contractor with an impressive legacy of delivering high-quality projects across London. Their diverse portfolio spans sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Data Centres, Education, and Science & Technology, showcasing their expertise.
Due to the recent acquisition of a prestigious Central London project, we are looking for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial projects, specifically with Tier 1 M&E contractors. The project involves a significant commercial shell and core fit-out, with an MEP package valued at over £30 million. This role offers the opportunity to manage a project from start to finish, providing a wealth of valuable experience.
