Senior Mechanical Project Manager

My client is one of the market-leading Building Services Contractor’s in the UK, specialising in the mechanical & electrical instal of major, flagship projects across the Commercial, Residential, Life Sciences and Data Centre sectors. With an annual turnover of close to £200m and an increasingly busy pipeline, they’re one of the most renowned and successful in their field in recent years.
Due to the securing of a fast-track Life Sciences scheme in Central London worth circa £20m M&E and due to start on site in May 2024, they require a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join their team, reporting to the overall Project Director.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pre-construction, procurement, and assistance with bids for projects
- Cost control of the mechanical install with close alignment to QS - Financial reporting to management
- Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
- Delegation of work to the project engineering team
- Design liaison with client and external design consultants
- Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
