Responsibilities:
- Creating high-quality designs at a consultant level.
- Conducting surveys for projects and generating detailed reports.
- Preparing comprehensive and detailed tender bids.
- Estimating costs, organizing validations, and offering technical support to project managers in report formulation.
- Producing fixed cost estimates aligned with the project scope and design.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the Building Services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
- Proven experience in conducting surveys, feasibility studies, and troubleshooting tasks.
