Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Rail Infrastructure
Location: Hybrid - Blackfriars and remote

About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor in this exciting new role, you will play a key part in the delivery of rail infrastructure projects using the NEC contracts framework. Working within a dynamic and forward-thinking team, you will help ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will shape the future of rail in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee cost management processes, ensuring cost-effective delivery of rail infrastructure projects.
Sub-contractor management.
Manage change control procedures.
Prepare accurate reports, valuations, and final accounts.
About you:
You will be an established Quantity Surveyor or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take a step up with around 3 years experience. This experience will have been in a rail infrastructure environment, utilising the NEC suite of contract.
As well as having a strong understanding and application of cost management, sub-contractor management and financial reporting you will have excellent communication skills and thrive in a team setting.
