Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fabrics Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing fabric-related projects, ensuring high standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results that meet our clients' needs.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Project Management: Lead fabric-related projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on fabric solutions.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all fabric projects meet quality standards and client specifications.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports and updates for clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
 
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the fabrics or facilities management sector.
 
Skills:
Strong knowledge of fabric materials, specifications, and applications.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
