A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a £35mil Commercial Shell & Core Project located in the City Of London. 

This company has cemented its status as a leading competitor in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors.

They offer both freelance options through CIS or Limited Company (subject to IR35) and permanent positions. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will enjoy the following benefits:

Responibilites:

• Oversee mechanical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress.
• Ensure installations meet design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project costs, approve variations, and work with commercial teams on financial matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Address technical challenges, delays, and site issues efficiently.
