A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a £35mil Commercial Shell & Core Project located in the City Of London.
This company has cemented its status as a leading competitor in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors.
You would benefit from a large project team and have lots of support both upstream and downstream. This is something the company prides itself on.

Responibilites:
- Oversee mechanical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop work schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress.
- Ensure installations meet design specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project costs, approve variations, and work with commercial teams on financial matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Address technical challenges, delays, and site issues efficiently.
