Mechanical Project Manager

PAYE Or Freelance
A dynamic, medium-sized Mechanical Contractor with a turnover of around £50m and ambitious growth plans requires a Lead Mechanical Project Manager to join its team, due to securing a residential fit-out project worth £4mil which is due to go on site in in May 2025.
This opportunity is available on both a PAYE and freelance basis.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop project schedules, coordinate designs, manage procurement, and conduct risk assessments.
- Oversee mechanical installations (HVAC, ductwork, pipework, plant rooms), lead site teams, monitor progress, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, manage costs, and track project budgets.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, documentation, and final client handover.
