My client has an envious reputation of delivering some of the most flagship commercial, health care, and mission critical projects in the UK and Europe, with project values ranging from £10m - £70m in M&E value.

They are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to drive an ongoing large commercial refurb project in the heart of London which is due to finish May 2025. The company in question truly values good Construction Managers, and has a reputation for progressing them into Project Manager positions quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical construction projects ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and quality control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and facilitate team communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical construction management with quality assurance expertise.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
