I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead a commercial team on a ground breaking landmark project. As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of the Gigafactory construction, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and that the project is delivered within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in contract management and procurement processes.
- In-depth understanding of construction industry standards and regulations, particularly in the context of sustainable technologies and hydrogen fuel cell production.
