 A Graduate Quantity Surveyor role in Europe? What a way to start your career!

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate in Quantity Surveying or a related degree to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of live construction projects across Europe.

Our year-long graduate programme, starting in September 2024, is designed to nurture and develop both your behavioural and technical skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience across different projects and departments, building your technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Review project documents (Scope of Works, Drawings, Specifications, BOQs, Programmes)
  • Raise event notices citing contractual clauses
  • Draft change orders/variations for instructed works
  • Manage the client's change account and schedule
  • Impact construction programmes to value EOT claims
  • Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to the client
  • Assess subcontract payment applications and produce payment certificates
  • Input to cashflow forecasts and monthly CVR
  • Build strong relationships with client and subcontractor commercial teams

What you need:
  • European passport or Dual Nationality 
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • A strong knowledge of the Quantity Surveyor role and responsibilities
