We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate in Quantity Surveying or a related degree to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working on a variety of live construction projects across Europe.
Our year-long graduate programme, starting in September 2024, is designed to nurture and develop both your behavioural and technical skills. You’ll gain hands-on experience across different projects and departments, building your technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Review project documents (Scope of Works, Drawings, Specifications, BOQs, Programmes)
- Raise event notices citing contractual clauses
- Draft change orders/variations for instructed works
- Manage the client's change account and schedule
- Impact construction programmes to value EOT claims
- Prepare and submit monthly payment applications to the client
- Assess subcontract payment applications and produce payment certificates
- Input to cashflow forecasts and monthly CVR
- Build strong relationships with client and subcontractor commercial teams
What you need:
- European passport or Dual Nationality
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- A strong knowledge of the Quantity Surveyor role and responsibilities
