My client is one of the major Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the UK, renowned for delivering major Building Services schemes across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Data Centres & Life Sciences.
They are seeking a dynamic Electrical Construction Manager for a commercial refurbishment project located near Bank. The project starts In August 2024 and is scheduled for completion in March 2025.

Duties include:
- Lead and manage the electrical construction phase of the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with overall project plans.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, and ensure timely completion of electrical work.
- Supervise and mentor electrical subcontractors, technicians, and on-site personnel.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication among all parties.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all electrical installations meet industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
