Construction Manager

Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package
Type: Permanent

We are excited to be working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on a complex new build commercial development in Hertfordshire.

Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee groundworks and steel frame packages on-site.
• Manage civils packages and ensure smooth progress.
• Supervise and manage trades and subcontractors.
• Review and ensure compliance of subcontractor RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
• Report directly to the Project Manager and assist with coordination across teams.

Construction Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience managing civils packages, ideally for a Main Contractor or specialist civils subcontractor.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high standards of safety and quality on site.
