We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a new entrance lobby for London Underground Limited (LUL) in Central London. The works will involve the construction of a two-floor entrance (ground and lower ground) that connects to the LUL subway into an underground station.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction of the new entrance lobby, including architectural fit-out works.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure that project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with LUL processes and permitry requirements throughout the project.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including LUL representatives, contractors, and project teams.
- Lead site teams and ensure smooth execution of works in a live, operational environment.
- Manage health and safety, risk assessments, and permit systems in line with LUL guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within LUL areas.
- In-depth knowledge of LUL processes, safety protocols, and permit systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and contractors on-site.
- Experience with complex, high-value construction projects.
