The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial department and ensuring its smooth and efficient operation. With your strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating contracts and agreements and providing administrative support to our team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of our commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will be one who thrives in a team-oriented setting and possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders. We are considering both contract or permanent candidates for this opportunity. 

Main Responsibilities
Financial Administration
  • Assisting the operations, commercial and finance departments with the reporting and administrative tasks required of service contracts to meet contract service level agreements and KPIs
  • Updating financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance team.
  • Supporting the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information.
  • Collating information required to process applications for payment and invoices.
  • Tracking approvals of applications for payment and invoices to ensure prompt payment.
Commercial Administration
  • Tracking and recording contractual change.
  • Raising, amending and receipting purchase orders within financial systems.
  • Contract administration.
  • Coordinating communications within and across teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in delivering similar role ideally within a facilities function.
  • Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard (e.g. Excel PivotTables, lookups, etc.).
  • Experienced in the analysis, compilation and presentation of information to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management.
