A forward-thinking property consultancy in Kent is looking to add a Building Surveyor to their team.
 
My client is a personable practice who boasts a close-knit friendly working environment and healthy work to life balance. The practice is looking for an experienced well rounded Building Surveyor to work in collaboration with the property consultancy team.
 
The role is to assist with the leadership of the building consultancy department, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services across both professional and project disciplines. The successful building surveyor will also be tasked with supporting the growth of the department and making strategic decisions.
 
As a Building Surveyor you will work across several sectors including commercial, residential, retail and industrial. Workload is diverse and you will manage an interesting client portfolio. You will be tasked with spotting new business opportunities and liaise with important stakeholders.

  • Project Management

Building Surveyor
  • BSc in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified
  • Member of Party Wall Act 1996 (advantageous)
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driver’s licence
